Originally founded as Buchanan Real Estate 1999, we recently purchased the franchise of REALTY EXECUTIVES.

Our agents bring a cumulative 40+ years of experience to the profession, each with a unique perspective.

Broker/Owner of REALTY EXECUTIVES Lakes Region I am a native of Ossipee, NH.  I began my real estate career in 1987.  I was an associate broker for many years with a local agency but in 1999 I decided to open my own brokerage.  My specialty is the listing and sale of land, particularly large acreages.

In addition to practicing real estate, I also design and install septic systems, own a storage facility, and a rental truck for our customers and clients local moving needs located here in Ossipee.  The truck is available for rent, but any buyer or seller that closes a property with us receives free use of this truck for local moves.

I am active within my community, serving my third term as member of the Ossipee Planning Board and am a member of the Ossipee Conservation Commission.  I have also spent many rewarding years coaching little league baseball.

A member of the NAR (National Association of REALTORS®), NHAR, (New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®) and WMBR (White Mountain Board of REALTORS®) differentiates me from other real estate agents.  Not all persons licensed to sell real estate are REALTORS®.  REALTORS® must adhere not only to State laws governing the purchase, sale or lease of property, but also a strict Code of Ethics which I faithfully and proudly adhere to. 

I have been very active on several REALTOR® committees at the state and local level.  I served as President in 2003 of the White Mountain Board of REALTORS® as well as many years on the Board of Directors both at the state and local level.  In 2003 I was chosen and honored by my peers as REALTOR® of the year.  I have also been a member of the NHAR Honor Society for 8 years and am a member of WCR (Women’s Council of REALTORS®) and have earned the designations of GRI (Graduate  REALTOR® Institute) and GBA (Graduate Buyer Agent).  I am also a Notary Public for the State of New Hampshire

Christine grew up in Ossipee, educated in local schools and has an Associates Degree in Business Science from McIntosh College in Dover, NH.

She completed the Barry School of Real Estate, passing the NH Real Estate Commission exam and receiving her license on January 17, 2006. In March 2007 she completed Quickstart "Your Road to Success" and received Graduate REALTORS Institute 101 and 102.

She has lived in Tamworth, NH for the last 21 years with her husband Forrest, has two grown stepsons Christopher and Andrew and her two feline friends Buddy and Punkin.

For the past 20 years she has been the Office Manager for an excavation company where she has gained a lot of knowledge in land development. With her knowledge of excavation and septic systems her goal is to assist her client’s from start to finish. Her knowledge of the area is also extensive having lived here all her life.

She would love to help you buy or sell any house but her passion is old houses. She and her husband own an old house that they have spent the last 15 years renovating doing all the work themselves. In her spare time she hunts for antiques to furnish with.  

In addition to being a licensed real estate agent and REALTOR®, she is also a Notary.  

She is a member of the White Mountain Board of REALTORS®, New Hampshire Board of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.  She has also become a member of the NHAR Honor Society
